India Club takes pride to invite its Members and their friends to witness a first ever fusion cultural event nite comprising of folklore show put up by the Sindhi, Maharashtrian and Telugu communities to welcome their New Year on Thursday, 26th March 2009 at 9 : 00 pm.
A glimpse into the traditional practices and cross cultural understanding with pulsating music, mimicry and dance items promises a relaxed evening for the audience.

Highlights of the evening :
(Sindhi) – Aandhi Mein Jyot (Dance Sequence), Lal Muhinji Pat (Dance Sequence), Sona Jo Rupaiyo / Hojamalo, Mile Sur Mera Tumhara (Dance Sequence), Slum Dog Millionaire – Jai Ho.
(Telugu) – Kuchipuddi – Tharangam, Kuchipuddi (Keerthanam).
(Maharashtrian) – Marathi Medley, Lavni, Kohli Dance & Lezim Dance.
Free shuttle bus service will be available for Members from Emirates Trading Open Parking (Opp to Al Nasr) to the venue every 30 minutes starting from 8 : 30 pm.
Special dishes of the three communities will be available on buffet Besan ji Kadhi, Sai Bhaji, Kolhapuri Mutton Rassa, Chapala Pulusu, Pulihora, Puran Poli etc.
Tickets for the event can be purchased from Club Reception from Tuesday, 24th March ’09 onwards.
