RAMADAN TIMINGS
F & B OUTLETS
Please note the following timings will be implemented with regards to the F & B outlets :
- Aangan Restaurant will be operational from 6.30 pm onwards.
- Chaat Chowk will begin operations at 6.30 pm.
- Madhushala Bar will begin operations at 7.30 pm.
- Diwan-E-Khas will be operational from 7.30 pm onwards.
- MNC Bar / Splash Bar & Aangan Bar shall remain closed during the month of Ramadan.
SPORTS OUTLETS
- There will be no change in the timings of the Sports outlet and will be operational as per normal timings.
NOTE:
- No Lunch parties / No Entertainment will be held during the month of Ramadan.
- Housie will not be conducted during the Holy month of Ramadan (after 12th August ’10)
- The Ramadan is expected to start from 11th August ‘10.(Please check the local newspapers for the exact date)

India Club Becomes No Smoking Zone
ENTIRE CLUB BECOMES A – “ NO SMOKING ZONE “
As an extension of the policy to promote a healthy atmosphere, all open areas within the Club’s premises have been converted into a No Smoking Zone.
Smoking is now prohibited in all open areas (Swimming Pool, Basket Ball Court, Tennis Courts, Pathways, Areas outside the Kids Play Area).
Smoking is only permitted in the Madhushala bar, the Splash bar and the area
outside the Club premises away from the Main entrance.
Members are requested to co-operate in implementing this policy to ensure a healthy environment for all.

India Club in association with Saroj Khan’s “Dancing Star Institute” is organizing
a dance workshop “BollyHop Fusion” for its Members.
Schedule for the classes is as follows
Every Monday at 4.00pm - 5.00pm
for Kids age 6 - 13 years.
Every Monday at 5.15pm - 6.15pm
for Adults age 14 years & above.
Every Wednesday at 4.00pm - 5.00pm
for Kids age 6 - 13 years.
Every Wednesday at 5.15pm - 6.15pm
for Adults age 14 years & above.
Total 8 classes per month .
Prices for the class per Month: AED 300/- per child.

Safer Driver Service
Safer Driver Service at India Club
India Club is pleased to announce an agreement with Safer Driver
Service.
You can continue to enjoy all the benefits of good night life,
dining out, drinking without fear of being caught in the web of untoward incidents
on the way home. Safer driver guarantees safe drive home in the comfort of one's
own vehicle with the services of highly competent and reliable chauffers.
Request the Club Reception to book you the services of Safer
Driver .
Charges as applicable to Safer Driver have to be paid directly
by Members to Safer Driver.
Minimum charges Dhs. 120/- in Dubai & Dhs.140/- in Sharjah.

Bowling Alley Corporate Booking Rates
"Typhoon" the bowling alley is now open for Corporate Booking through Club Members for their Companies. (Guest Fees to be paid as applicable). - Minimum Lane Booking: 3 lanes @ Dhs 25/- per lane (for a maximum of 5 persons per lane)
- Maximum Lane Booking: 4 lanes
- Full lane @ Dhs 25/- will have to be booked for any additional games / next set
- Note: Children below 10yrs not permitted to play
- Individual Games: Dhs 5/- for Members & Dhs 7/- for Guests
Guest Fee will be waived off incase on booking a Banquet Hall for Lunch / Dinner

Entry to the Club only through ID Cards
W.E.F 1st June 2004 members will only be allowed to enter the Club through access ID Card entrance, and members not carrying ID Cards will be treated as guests and will have to pay guest charges to enter the Club.

Library Books
With the computerization of the Library, the following rules will be applicable for issuing of Library Books: - 3 Books/Magazines will be issued per family. (i.e. combination of 2 Books & 1 Magazine only)
- No books will be issued on Fridays.
- All Books/Magazines will be issued for a maximum of 7 Days with a 3 Days Grace.
Issue of Library Books
Members will be issued books/magazines on presentation of Club ID Cards only. Return of Library Books
Books will not be accepted on the day of functions. However incase if the due date falls on such days, then the books will be accepted on the next working day. Books will not be kept at the reception or Admin. Office or handed over to any staff for return to the Library. Library Deposit
A deposit of @ Dhs. 100/- will be charged per family. Fines
A fine @ Dhs. 5/- will be charged per book from the 11th day onwards.
Additional Fine @ Dhs. 5/- will be charged per book from the 21st day onwards.

Loss Of Id Cards
Loss of Membership Identity Cards is to be immediately notified in writing to the Club to Fax: 3378880, to enable Reception to block entry. A new card will only be issued on receipt of fee for duplicate card.

Validity of Sports Coaching Fees
Coaching fees for all sports will be valid for a period of 2 months from the date of commencement of classes by students. Coaching fees after 2 months will be invalid
